Hi Darrell,
it sounds like you may be using a package which hasn't been install properly
on the additional work stations.
Is the mail merge program a commercial package or a home grown package?
Is there any instruction documentation that you can refer to?
if it is a commercial package is it intended to be a multi-user version?
Cheers,
Norm Dennis

Subject: Re: [PCTECH] Word Mailmerge problem
Morning Norm;
Thanks for the reply;
So far testing wise, I have verified the authorities for Sandy and Jim are
the same along the path to the word documents, and the vb application.
Also copied the documents to my folder, which has the same authorities,
and it worked. (I'm wondering if there are some authorities within the
documents themselves causing the problem)
No the application was closed at the time Jim was running it.
What testing have you done so far?
You don't mention if all/some of the users are using the merge process
concurrently.
Is Sandy leaving the application open while it's not in use?
