Man sues Verizon over $9,500 wireless Internet bill

WEST PALM BEACH - For insurance agent Steven Sprague it was a deal: a free
Verizon Wireless card when he re-upped in a two-year contract with the
communications giant.
Sprague previously had a Verizon Wireless card plan with unlimited usage
that he says a salesperson told him would continue. A wireless card
