Remote Control of a PC

Hi Folks,

 

Does any one know of a way to legitimately take over a PC over the internet
for trouble diagnosis ? Our daughter and her husband live in LA and were
having some PC issues and it's a bit challenging to do it via the phone.

 

We use DameWare at work and it is great but that is a private network and I
know it's a major no-no to fire something like that up over the internet.
