Sure can be. Yes there is a router and the problem, as noted, is
intermittent too ! Argh. That one with the 0.0.0.0 IP also has a legit one
down below that.

Is there a "Release" or "Release All" button?  You might have to do
that first before you can renew.

No explicit mention of a router, but it seems to be implied with the
multiple PCs w/ access to the internet; have you confirmed that the
router hasn't "disconnected" your problem child?  An earlier post
showed an IP address and subnet mask of 0.0.0.0, which sounds to me
like the P.C. is incommuncado.
