Ball alleged you not have to pay your fees, but BSA's too! Pretty wild if true. Can you imagine how many motions the prosecution can continue to come up with if you are footing *both* bills with no recourse even if you prevail? And it wasn't 8 copies. It was 8% of the software on 72 PC's. So only roughly 5-6 PC's were non-compliant. You'd think they could choose a stronger case for making a public spectacle of someone. Doug
