 laptop, KDS model Valiant 5350AS with Windows ME.

Does anyone here have any experience with this laptop?  I have one here that
does not boot.  The hardrive spins up, as does the CD drive if there is a CD
in the drawer.  Beyond that, nothing happens.  

I can not even find a web page for Korea Data Systems.
