Jon, I am using www.pair.com and have for several years. They are a great outfit and the prices are cheaper than dirt. Once you go to a provider like pair.com to host your needs then you can use what ever isp tickles your fancy, and move about with no worries for dialup. You might even end up with AOL for dialup as they are everywhere you travel through. well, heck, what is wrong with me. Or, use John Ross or one of the other iSeries hosts. --------------------------------------------------------- Booth Martin http://www.MartinVT.com Booth@xxxxxxxxxxxx --------------------------------------------------------- -------Original Message------- From: PC Technical Discussion for iSeries Users Date: Tuesday, August 26, 2003 2:34:56 PM To: PCTech at Midrange Subject: [PcTech] E-mail service recommendations I've just been told by AT&T that they are slapping a 50 hour minimum usage charge on my account and that translates to a $120 a month - which is a lot for e-mail service. The alternatives they are offering do not allow me to use my own domain name! Anyone got any experience with other providers? Reliability and web access are a must. The ability to choose as much storage as I need (AT&T limited me to 12Mb) is also a nice-to-have. Jon Paris Partner400 www.Partner400.com
