I'd blame ME (windows, not me). That was the most worthless piece of caca OS ever released.

I had a brand new dell with it preloaded, and it only lasted about 6 weeks before it quit operating outside of safe-mode

can you boot it from a floppy rescue disk?

Does anyone here have any experience with this laptop? I have one here that
does not boot. The hardrive spins up, as does the CD drive if there is a CD
in the drawer. Beyond that, nothing happens.
