Looks like you have two version of Java installed: Java 17 and Java 8.

That output from ACS is Java 17, the Adoptium version, found here:
https://adoptium.net/

Your CMD prompt shows another version, Java 8.
I'm guessing it might be Oracle's Java.

Check your Control Panel > Add Remove Programs for installations of Java.

You might be packaging Java with ACS, described here:
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/getting-ibm-openj9-java-and-including-it-i
bm-i-acs
Check the IBM i Access Client Solutions "Start Programs" folder on your
machine.

If you don't require separate Java runtimes, uninstall all except Java 11,
per IBM.
Then install this flavor of Java:
https://developer.ibm.com/languages/java/semeru-runtimes/downloads/?os=Windo
ws

Choose JRE or JDK depending on your needs.
Choose MSI if you have admin privileges to install software.
If you don't have admin, choose the ZIP file and package Java JRE with ACS
as described above.
