CPFCE02 for NEW spool file

Hello guys

I have just added a new record with a AFPRSC clause to an existing PRTF .
it compiled fine .
I then created a spool file and tried converting it to a PDF doc using
CPY2SPLF.
I got CPFCE02 Unable to access the required transform service
a looooong testing process got me nowhere.

I then re-created (compiled) another , FUNCTIONING PRTF (that also use
AFPRSC)
and Woa, it now is having the same CPFCE02 Unable to access the required
transform service.

Googling got me some results about problems with V7R5 transform issues but
I couldn't make head or tail of it.

Anyone had similar problems?

I could surely use some help here.
