Thanks Sam

We upgraded 7.4 to 7.5 on Aug 2023 (or was it June?, I have to look)
The PRTFs in question were migrated with all the other stuff
and they performed without a hitch since.
However,
these PRTFs were created on 7.4 and then migrated to 7.5
looks like only PRTFs created under 7.5 exhibit this problem.

I suspect it might be covered here:

https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/transform-services-fails-cpfce02-rc3-after-upgrade-75

Do any of these listed conditions apply?
The error has been reported after:
- An upgrade or install of OS V7R5
- A FlashCopy on the target system
- An abnormal system end

If so, there are support steps to recovery. If it was an abnormal system
end, recovery is fairly simple.

I then re-created (compiled) another , FUNCTIONING PRTF (that also use
AFPRSC)
and Woa, it now is having the same CPFCE02 Unable to access the required
transform service.

Googling got me some results about problems with V7R5 transform issues
but
I couldn't make head or tail of it.
