When this occurred on our out-of-support system running V 7.1, IBM suggested that sometimes the Mail Server Framework would need to be restarted...

Try ENDMSF and wait until it is ended, then STRMSF to restart it.

We are using the SNDSMTPEMM command to send an email from inside of a application. It seems like most of the emails are going through but we have one that never showed up. Is there somewhere on the IBM i that I can look to see if an email failed or got "stuck"?
