SNDSMTPEMM email stuck somewhere

We are using the SNDSMTPEMM command to send an email from inside of a
application. It seems like most of the emails are going through but we have
one that never showed up. Is there somewhere on the IBM i that I can look
to see if an email failed or got "stuck"?
