Just to be clear, change the PRTF object from DEVTYPE(*IPDS) to
DEVTYPE(*AFPDS) and re-run the job that creates the spool file.

The resulting *AFPDS spool file will be convertible to PDF and can be
viewed in ACS or downloaded.
