Throwback Thursday?

I once hired Leif to write code that turned a Palm Pilot into a data entry
device, and then that became a sort of modem that connected to a cell phone.
Time card data was then transmitted into whatever the Rochester product was
called at the time. When the data hit, it triggered a program that
automagically created a time card batch to be edited and updated. It sure
saved a bunch of time in the summer when the client had a few hundred guys
out in the field pouring concrete.

Getting into system state was a capability at one time and something that
was utilized by a few. But a lot of work went into V6 to put a stop to it.
That's why some of the APIs introduced by IBM along that time might seem
"odd" to some -- they were to help software developers out that had rather
special needs (and some on this mailing list were involved in that effort
way back when lol).

A long time ago on a machine known as the AS/400, a guy named Leif

here:

.

In it, he shows how to use RPG to write an MI compiler, and one of the
example programs is how to change member information (starts on page
36). However, it requires the program be compiled in system state.

I don't recommend doing this, but it is possible.

Is there any way to reset the last used date of an object to null or
