Any one else ordering PTFs for FTP download and only getting one of the
two required emails (Userid and Password)
I have tried several times with multiple email addresses (including
gmail) and each time I get the 'we acknowledge your order' email but
every time I get Either the USERID email or the Password email. Never both.
I have opened a case but so far no correspondence on that.
