Ah, then this might have changed somewhen. With V4R5 it's not *RQD but QPGMR. In 7.2 it's already *RQD.
Thanks for that hint. So it's probably the best idea to also change it to *RQD in V4 and allow public=use. With that, there's no adoption of authority in a submitted batch job but the submitting user profile runs the job — as I would have expected initially.
