... and vendors who:
- hardcode checks for prerequisites like looking for '5761...', which isn't a healthy way to have your software run on V7. And not just at installation time, but at every startup.
- only support the oldest version of Java possible and when rNext comes out and no longer supports that version of Java they're dead. Then they take months to come out with a version which will support a version of Java on that release again picking the oldest possible version of Java supported on the new release which you already know will not run on the next version and you're going to go through this all over again.

This list goes on and on. From vendors you just couldn't fathom would not be participating in IBM's Early Programs.
