Not exactly, but close.

A 3486 (which came in HA, HG, and HC models: amber, green, and color, respectively) is the cheapest and least-capable 5250 data stream model in the InfoWindow II line; a 3488 is (probably even without the cost of an external monitor) the most expensive and capable 5250 data stream model in that line. The InfoWindow II line (and presumably the earlier InfoWindow line as well) had 3270 data stream models as well.
