Rob,
if all lines to the power supplies have UPS and Diesel, the system should not see any SRC11001540;
so maybe there was an issue in the Data Centra *after* the UPS/Diesel System?

Everything seems to be working fine. IBM says there really is no way to remotely tell if the power supply is really having an issue. The data here:
