Re: Mapping Network drives

In File Explorer on PC, the error is "Windows cannot access 
\\192.168.0.5\root".
When Diagnose button is clicked the Troubleshooter results say: 
"192.168.0.5" exists but Windows can't find "root".

The Net Server servers are running, no users are disabled from them, and 
both users attempt to map to root.
