Is your co-worker on the same VLAN as you.
Our firewall rules vary by VLAN.
If not firewall, possible routing or DNS issue.

Yes, I can ping the servers, and my Client Access and Access Client sessions work fine. Also, there are no exit point programs registered.
I have asked corporate whether anything changed and they deny it. If anything had changed, how would my co-worker be able to use ftp to send to the server?
He used just plain old ftp, the same as me.
And ftp is not working in either direction for me. Same error.
