While my spanish is good my latin is not. However, Google translates that

But typically you can replace screens of RPG with a screen of Python which
- accesses db2
- is built around stream i/o
- comes with Alexandria-sized libraries with user bases the size of many
American cities that already do what you're struggling to do while you
wrestle with mystical, arcane incantations in languages and libraries
with
a miniscule user base.
