CRTPF FILE(QTEMP/SPLF) RCDLEN(133)...
Creates a file with CCSID 65535.
The default for the CPYTOIMPF FROMCCSID(*FILE)
Which tells the system to do no conversion.
So you need to specify 37 for a conversion to occur when using CPYTOIMPF.
