Hi,

I'm having problems with a NWSD that fails at system startup. It remains in a Failed state and will not allow me to vary it off.
I'd like to change the NWSD attributes so it is not varied online at IPL but since I can't vary it off, I can't change the attributes that direct it to be online at IPL.

Any ideas how to fix this catch-22?
