You should be able to do a DSPLOG for that message id and search for days/weeks. I would max it out. Maybe it only happens on a periodic basis.

Stuff which only gives you a 70 day grace period I tend not to load on until I'm ready to try it. Otherwise the clock starts ticking when someone inadvertently takes the wrong command. Some people like to load all (or all likely) so that the PTF's are current when they are ready to use that option.
