The system that works, I get connected to the remote sFTP server and can transfer files
The system that does not work, I never get past the host key verification. Host key is in the known_hosts file on both systems.

Run sshd -V or ssh -V and they'll return the version and usage information.

I think you can use “which ssh” to see where the binary is located
