I see a couple of issues.

First is DSPATR(UL); didn't you really want DSPATR(UL PR)?

Second, that 99N99 never happens; what is the purpose of 99N99?

As to the A in 3A...  not needed, so far as I know.  Just 3 works fine for Alpha fields.
