I can tab to that field - and I can still make changes to it as well
I don’t see why, in your example - you cannot make changes
Here is what I have in my DDS screen
A #RVSCDE 3A B 8 77

Try this:

     A            TABBY 10I  B  5 20
     A  99N99                               DSPATR(UL)

This will create a 10-character field that they can tab to but will not allow data entry.  It's not perfect.  For some odd reason, they can still hit the field exit key to clear the field.  But it's the closest thing I've found to date.
