My largest Domino customer uses BRMS with parallel saves with Fiber attached VTL using Async Bring and it cuts the IFS save by very nearly half.

Storage is V5010 with about 1/3 SSD.

Excuse my blooming ignorance when it comes to SAP but do they store their
data in DB2 or in stream files within the IFS?
If stream files, would some Domino comparisons help? Then again I'm using
DD2500 VTL pretending to be multiple LTO5 drives in a single library.
