Yep so the card is MIA. Check the partition on the HMC and I think you'll find the card isn't assigned.

Possibly in the partition profile the card isn't Desired or Required and you restarted from the profile?

In any case the hardware is missing and it needs to be found!!

If that is there and the drive is not then it's likely a cable, fiber
map (if the library is fiber) or the dadgum think choked.

If that is also not detected then the resource is missing and you fibbed
when you said you don't move the thing around. :-)
