Yes do function 25 then function 26 then you can get above 43.

No. You do need access to the console to do the upgrade. Also while you can do a full save in batch without a console most users don't thus another need for the console.

tried manual IP stops at A5005008 missing console

Have been wait for a month to see If I can get software maintenance from IBM

First of all you need to determine what kind of console your system is configured for. Normally you would use SST to determine this. I can see that being an issue in your case. Instead you might have to try the steps listed here:

If you do not have an HMC you should select Lan Console. Not Operations Console. IDK why Twinax is still listed as no supported OS will run on any hardware which will support twinax. I opened up a RFE and IBM is starting to weed out the obsolete hardware on some stuff.
