Interesting, Can you point me at a web page for pricing etc. details

My last quote was $50K for a perpetual license for the web portal and
developer toolkit. Prospects can talk to me if they want a custom quote.

I should pose a development/deployment scenario in order to delineate the
value proposition. Say an organization has an IBM i product that consists
of several hundred database tables, which provide a basis for interactive
database maintenance, transaction processing, work-flow, batch processing,
and reporting applications.

Our toolkit includes utilities that generate front-end HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript and back-end RPG modules for the majority of your interactive
and GUI-PDF reporting needs. Interactive RPG modules are typically 200-400
lines each, including section headings and comments. They implement modular
design patterns such as:

1. DB event handlers - implement data validation, RI integrity, DB related
business rules, and error handling.
2. DB I/O modules - implement DB write, read, update, and delete operations
and provide a conduit for error handling.
3. Client I/O modules - implement client input and output, and a dynamic
SQL cursor interface.
4. Controller - dispatches requests to appropriate I/O handlers.

Part of the value arises from getting elegant, modular, easy to read and
maintain code for broadly-scoped database applications that fit nicely
together. These interfaces are so robust, functional, well-designed, and
perform so well that most organizations would have a hard time coming up
with anything comparable, even given dozens of man-years of effort.

Application deployment is via a robust web portal that provides services
shared across many individual applications, menus, menu items, and so
forth. Portal instances can be automatically deployed to support different
types of environments (development, production, etc.) or different types of
users (internal, external, etc.) One of our customers is a state that has
deployed a portal instance for every county in the state.

The best way to get a feel for the value proposition is to review the
product via online meeting.
