This is a pretty important point.  If you build your infrastructure 
depending on Google services, you are putting your application in the 
hands of Google.  Goo.gl, Inbox, Google+, Picasa , Google Fiber, Android 
Things, IFTTT support; those are just a few things that been 
discontinued or drastically changed.

Obviously Google provides a lot of great cloud services, but always 
remember - you get what you pay for.  If you don't have a service 
agreement, you don't have any guarantee of service.
