A job is unique to a system.

Seems like there was a TAA Tool that would pull the attributes and write them to a file allowing them to be resubmitted on the new system.

The rule used to be NO data in queues could be saved or restored. Later with V5R4 we got outq data saved but jobs on jobqs are a no.
