I think you need to be clearer about what the exact goal is -
Are you talking about the scheduling of jobs or the jobs already in the
queue (and if already in the queue for some future date & time),
Can you submit them from the new system?
And how are you migrating to the new system - restore?
The restore operating system has options to keep job queue entries...
