Opened a PMR with IBM.
They had be run CHKPRDOPT 5770SS1
Resulted in the below LPP having an issue.
I'm thinking the root cause, not all objects were restored/installed during the i5/OS install.
This is a V7R3 test migration.
Still gathering info, checking SCPF logs.
