The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Just a question, since I think I missed the original post, are you moving
files between IBM i instances or windows, IBM i and Unix varients?
Files are moved from one directory in the IFS to another also moved from
IFS to Windows and Windows to IFS.
One PHP instance is on Linux so then file are moved from Windows to Linus
and Linux to Windows.
Now that I have solved the date issue WinSCP is very suitable. I think
FileZilla would also be good, just have not used it as much as WinSCP
