Guest networks Was: ibm.com / mysupport ?? Working for anyone?

To be clear I am talking about a "guest" network. One which cannot access
your servers. For example, my personal iPad is on the guest network. I
cannot ping my IBM i by number while I can ping it my name and number from
my work laptop.
