Lying is a sin. I was just wondering if IBM would be authorized to override
me. The front line folks wouldn't know the difference between Sev 1 and a
basket of peanuts.
After October 15th, I'll assign the support activity to a younger colleague.

I know you're retiring so this may be beating a dead horse but opening the
ticket online is not so bad and I actually prefer it to initially opening
one via voice, irregardless of the nationality of the person at the other
end of the line.
Lying and saying all calls are sev 1 just so that you can create tickets
the hard way will just get IBM to question whether any of your tickets are
ever sev 1 and lower the severity.
