Yes, even back in the S/38 days. I'm not near a system right now, but there
may be a way to turn on auditing for the next time a user does this. Do you
back up the contents of these output queues?

One of our outqs had all there spoolfiles deleted.
This was either done by someone 4=Delete on each spoolfile or someone doing
a 14=Clear outq.

When a spoolfile is deleted, no message is posted to the joblog, so there
is no details to look back.
When an outq is cleared, a CPF3417 is posted to the joblog.
&1 entries deleted. &2 entries not deleted.

Is it normal behavior that nothing is posted/logged when a spoolfile is
deleted?
