I would train them now to just start using the website. I would only
worry about the "October 15" threat if you run into any "Paul's" at your
workplace.
Show them how to use iACS to download a list of PTF's, joblogs, etc. How
to attach the files to a ticket.
How to clear cache... :-)
Basically just use the carrot and ignore the stick for now.
