Yeah, I would still go back to some resource that starts at the beginning and moves them forward. You have got to ground them first. I taught a developer here who nothing about programming much less the IBM I where as now he is one of the best developers I have. But I had to ground him first. Meaning get him a base understanding then move forward.

resources of technical conferences like COMMON's POWERUp and those of
local
user groups (NEUCG, WMCPA and OCEAN come to mind) to supplement any

resources.
