To clarify, "CBU" is a specific IBM Licensing model; a secondary HA system
is not automatically a CBU machine and there are specific rules regarding
what can be purchased as a CBU in terms of configuration etc.
Normally the CBU is sold with one OS license so if any other workload is
planned you will need to check your licensing arrangements.
It can save a lot of money buying the HA target as a CBU system but it can
also have unintended complications if you want to move workloads around and
you don't understand what you purchased.
It is not the same as just having a second machine to use as you please.
