Just as has been stated in previous posts, before opening PMR, ensure you
have latest HTTP group, ensure you have Java 8 64 bit (although you should
be able to run Java 7 64 bit), ensure you have latest Java HTTP group. A
JRE that is 64 bit is needed to run admin server. I suggest Java 8
because support for Java 7 will soon end sometime in 2019.
