RE: Perm vs Temp PTF applies

I know it saves disk space. I saw that when we were prepping for our 7.3 upgrade last summer.

Other than the issue you mentioned about maybe needing to IPL from A to bypass a bad PTF is there any other advantage to do a more frequent perm apply? Does it reduced time for a SAVSYS? Does it make IPL any faster? Does it save on disk space?
