I've commented IBM to fix the 7.2 kc also.
Basically what happened was they redesigned this section when they moved
from 7.1 to 7.2. They fixed the TOC but they didn't replace the old 7.1
initial comments which basically said "here's the pdf, read this"
I've asked IBM to replace the MTU landing page for both 7.2 and 7.3 in the
kc with dropdowns to match the TOC.
The advantage 7.2 had over 7.3 was that they used the same PDF link for
both the initial "Memo to users" landing page and the "PDF file for
Memorandum to Users" landing page.
7.3 doesn't. One is horrificily out of date.
