Re: Latest version of V7R3 Memo to Users

The only obvious answer I can find is just use the latest one you
download. It should probably only exist in your "downloads" folder and
that folder should be periodically purged.

7.2 MTU has a section between "Additional incompatibility information" and
"Installing IBM i 7.2 over IBM i 6.1" called "What's new".
7.3 replaced "What's new" with "Accessibility features for IBM i Memo to
Users" which basically states if you're blind and reading this, or have no
arms and can't click on a link, then click on this link for some
assistance. Ok, sick joke.

Now, if my sick joke didn't upset you enough, maybe IBM can. If you try
this other link to the 7.3 MTU you will see a TOC list like this:
1.0 About IBM i Memo to Users
1.1 Who should read this memorandum
1.2 Additional incompatibility information
1.3 Accessibility features for IBM i Memo to Users
1.4 What's new
1.5 Installing IBM i 7.3 over IBM i 7.1
1.6 Discontinued support for certain software and hardware
...
However when you drill down you will see:
1.0 About IBM i Memo to Users
1.1 Who should read this memorandum
1.2 Additional incompatibility information
1.3 Accessibility features for IBM i Memo to Users
1.4 Installing IBM i 7.3 over IBM i 7.1
1.5 Discontinued support for certain software and hardwar

I know in the past a newer version might be published.
The only date I could find is 2015 from the copyright line.
