In summary, Paul, the PDF version is not currently maintained. Hopefully
someone from IBM will see my KC comments and rectify this situation.
Until then, you'll have to look also at the KC based "What's new".
Argh!!! There are two PDF versions!!!
There is the static one which should be removed!
I've commented to IBM that the whole page at
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_73/rzahg/rzahgmtu.htm
needs redone.
The whole "Refer to the Memo to users [PDF] for information that describes
the changes in Version 7 Release 3 Modification 0 (V7R3M0) that might
affect your programs or system operations." line must be dropped! Mainly
because it points you to the obsolete PDF! That should be replaced with
just dropdowns to match the TOC!
If you want a current PDF then look at

instead. It has the "What's new".
