Can't seem to get to the IBM ESS (Entitled Software Support) site at
https://www-304.ibm.com/servers/eserver/ess/ProtectedServlet.wss
http://www.ibm.com/servers/eserver/ess/index.wss

I submitted the feedback, etc to IBM. I expect the usual mail "We have
tested this and have discovered no problems" right after they fix it.

I know it may not be kosher to go directly to an IBM site, but here's at
least one site with a link to it which doesn't work.
